Please Note: The cushions on this set are not fully waterproof. When they do get wet, it is important to let them dry properly and not cover them up. The life span of the cushions will reduce significantly if they are left outside, exposed to the elements. Because of this, we recommend that you keep your cushions stored inside or in a dry place. If you use a rain cover then we recommend that you make sure your cushions get aired every other week.

The delivery of the garden furniture is a 2-man delivery service which includes:
• You will be contacted directly by the courier to arrange the delivery.
• The courier will send you an Email and SMS with a link, through which you can accept your proposed delivery date, or request a different date. Make sure we have your correct contact details.
• The courier will send you a delivery confirmation including your tracking number.
• The day before your delivery, you will receive a 3-hour timeslot and you can track your delivery team.
• You will receive a phone call from the delivery team approximately half an hour before they arrive. The delivery team will place your new garden set in your garden, subject to accessibility.
